are your bleed nipples at the top or bottom of the caliper?

well the nipple needs to be on the top, air rises, your trying to get the air out . . .

if you have the calipers on the wrong sides (bleed nipples to the bottom of calipers), air will still be trapped in the top of the calipers till you switch them over... nothing will help you bleed it out...

post a pic of them with the wheel off if you don't understand and somebody will tell you if that's the problem

edit, if you pump the pedal a few times does it start to firm/pump up? and also about how often have you bled all four corners while keeping the res topped up as you go?
maybe just needs more or you could've let air in the master...

make sure you bleed in the correct order and nip the bleeders up under pressure

ill go have a look at the calipers now for the bleed nipples, the res has allways had fluid made sure of that, have bleed the fronts like 6 times, then went around the car twice starting from the left back, right back left front, right front.

the pedal will get about 25mm off the floor if ya pump it heaps and spongy as, ill reply back when ive checked the nipples/ take a pic, thanks heaps for the help, hope i get it sorted!
